جمعية زارعـي القوقعة بالرياض هى أول جمعية لزارعي القوقعة، حيث بدأت فكرة تأسيس الجمعية خلال اللقاء السنوي لزارعي القوقعة بمستشفى الملك عبد العزيز الجامعي الثالث لعام 1431هـ وحيث اقترحت فكرة إنشاء جمعية تهتم بزارعـي القوقعة وتساعد أوليائهم على تأهيلهم وصيانة أجهزتهم وتوفر حاجاتهم وقد لاقت الفكرة تأييد المشاركين في اللقاء.
